The Challenge:
Balancing Discretion with EfficiencyIn the world of Private Investigation, trust is the product. Avon Investigations came to us with a clear operational bottleneck: their intake process was fragmented. Critical instructions from lawyers and corporate clients were arriving via scattered emails, phone calls, and in-person meetings. This created administrative drag and made it difficult to scale their caseload efficiently.
They needed a digital platform that did two things simultaneously: project an image of absolute professional reliability and streamline the complex flow of information required to start an investigation.
The Solution:
A Logic-Driven Service HubWe approached this build not just as a design refresh, but as a systems engineering project. We moved away from the generic "Contact Us" form and developed a dedicated digital Service Hub.
Design Language: Clarity & TrustVisuals dictate how a user feels about a brand in the first 0.5 seconds. We stripped back the clutter to create a clean, cohesive user experience. The design utilizes a refined color palette and structured typography to instill confidence. For a visitor dealing with sensitive legal matters, the UI now says "we are in control" before they read a single word.
Technical Execution:
Advanced Webflow LogicThe core of the project was the "Document Service" implementation. We utilized Webflow’s native form infrastructure paired with conditional logic to create a dynamic intake system.
- Smart Routing: The forms adapt based on the user's input, ensuring that lawyers are asked different questions than private individuals.
- Security: Leveraging reCAPTCHA protection and secure Webflow hosting to ensure sensitive data remains protected.
- Automation: The system captures detailed briefs and routes them directly to the correct internal workflow, removing the need for back-and-forth clarification emails.
The Outcome:
The new Avon Investigations site is no longer just a digital business card; it is an active member of their operations team. It saves hours of administrative time weekly and provides a frictionless experience for high-value clients.
