Gerrards Insurance Brokers, a highly respected firm in Christchurch, possessed decades of industry expertise but lacked a digital presence that accurately reflected their authority. Their legacy website felt outdated, was difficult for users to navigate, and suffered from deminishing search engine visibility. They needed a complete digital transformation that would not only modernise their brand but actively drive business growth through technical excellence and strategic SEO.

Technical SEO & Future-Proofing
A beautiful website is useless if it cannot be found. We engineered the Gerrards site from the ground up with an intense focus on modern search behaviors.
- AI-Ready Content Structure: We moved away from walls of text, formatting content into scannable, well-structured blocks (using strategic H2s, bullet points, and Key Takeaway summaries) optimised for both traditional Google crawlers and emerging AI search summaries (like Google's AI Overviews).
- Technical Excellence: We implemented a robust technical SEO foundation, including meticulously structured data (Schema markup for every CMS item, including tools like their Cordell Rebuild Calculator), optimised metadata, and ruthless performance tuning.
